Careers at CyberISolve

We're a small, technical team, and we hire deliberately — not on a constant recruiting cycle. There are no open roles right now, but we keep resumes on file and reach out when something genuinely fits, so it's worth sending yours if the description below sounds like you.

Current openings

There are no open positions at CyberISolve at this time. We don't post roles just to build a pipeline — when we're hiring, it's because a specific gap on the team needs filling. In the meantime, we welcome resumes from security and IT professionals who'd want to be considered when that changes.

What we look for

We care more about demonstrated, hands-on capability than a specific pedigree. A baseline of CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, and Cisco CCNA is common across the team, and we look for additional certifications relevant to the specific role: OSCP or CompTIA PenTest+ for offensive security work, GIAC GCIH or CompTIA CySA+ for incident response and detection, cloud certifications (AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, CCSP) for cloud-focused roles, and CISSP/CISM for more senior or leadership-track positions. Certifications aren't a checkbox for us — they're a reasonable proxy for the kind of person who keeps their skills current without being told to, which matters more in security than almost any other field.

Our culture

We're deliberately small, which means everyone on the team does real client-facing work — there's no track where you spend two years doing only internal tooling before you're trusted with a client incident. That also means less hierarchy and more direct ownership: if you find something worth fixing, you're usually the one who fixes it, not the one who files a ticket for someone else to.

We hold ourselves to the same standard we hold our clients to. Findings get documented honestly, including our own mistakes; nobody's expected to pretend a system is more secure than it is to avoid an awkward conversation. See our values page for more on how we actually work, not just what we say about it.

Continuous learning isn't a slogan here — threats change on a weekly basis, and we expect the team to keep pace with that, through certifications, CTFs, conference talks, or just reading the advisories that come out that week. Time for that is treated as part of the job, not something squeezed in after hours.

How to apply

Since there's nothing open right now, the most useful thing you can send is a resume and a short note on what kind of work you're looking for — incident response, penetration testing, managed security operations, IT support, or something else. Email both to careers@cyberisolve.com. We read everything that comes in, even without an active opening, and reach out directly if something fits.
