Time-zone coverage and reporting cadence are agreed per engagement, and we’re upfront about where a genuinely local presence would serve you better than a remote one.
A note on how this works: we're based in Toronto, Ontario, and don't have a physical office in this location. Monitoring, testing, and incident response are delivered remotely — which is how these services are typically delivered everywhere, including for most of our Toronto clients. On-site work (server installs, hardware, in-person response) is available across the Greater Toronto Area; elsewhere it's arranged on a project basis where genuinely needed.
