This page explains what information CyberISolve ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, so we can respond to your inquiry. This is sent to our internal mailbox and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Account & session data. If you have a login with us, we store your username, display name, and a securely encrypted authentication secret, along with session metadata (session ID, IP address at login, timestamps) used to detect session hijacking and enforce session limits. This data is stored in our backend database and session store and is never exposed publicly.

Automatically collected data. Like most websites, we log IP addresses, request timestamps, user-agent strings, and requested URLs for security and abuse-prevention purposes (for example, detecting and rate-limiting malicious traffic). These logs are retained only as long as needed for security monitoring and are not used to build advertising profiles.

Cookies

We use a single, strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics that track you across other websites.

Third-party services we use

• Amazon Web Services (DynamoDB) — stores account records, encrypted at rest.
• Redis — stores session state and rate-limiting/abuse-detection data.
• Zoho Mail — delivers contact-form notifications and account email.
• Google Fonts — loads web fonts and icon glyphs used on this site.

Each of these providers processes data only as necessary to provide their respective service to us, and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

How long we keep data

Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry. Session data expires automatically. Security logs are retained on a rolling basis for abuse investigation and are periodically purged.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email us at the address below and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

We apply defense-in-depth practices to protect data submitted through this site, including encryption of sensitive fields at rest, rate limiting, automated abuse detection, and strict access controls on administrative functions.
